Mission Statement

To foster a learning environment in which scholars become proficient in all core academic areas, develop emotional intelligence through internships and community service, and become unassailable financial stewards as they attain early college credits and/or trade skill certifications before high school graduation. Graduates of MPA will have the skills to effectively manage personal finances, and the wisdom to determine the most appropriate career and educational pathways to lead to lifelong self-sufficiency

Through a community partnership with the Arizona Council on Economic Education (A.C.E.E.) and BMO Bank;  enrolled scholars will have an opportunity to earn the Seal of Personal Finance on his/her high school diploma.

Computer Learning

School Model

Financial Literacy
 

This is a required course for all future graduates of MPA. Curriculum will be provided by The Arizona Council on Economic Education (A.C.E.E.).

Through a partnership with BMO Bank, scholars will be able to access student banking accounts, learn about investments, and personal finance strategies to build generational wealth.

Concurrent Enrollment
 

Eligible scholars will be encouraged to enroll at Grand Canyon University, a local community college, or West-MEC’s Career and Technical Trade School while enrolled.

Scholars will have access to multiple pathways to earn college credits as early as Sophomore year, at little to no cost to their families!

Project and Community Based Learning

Community-Based Internships are required for all students, in all grade levels. 

Project-Based learning opportunities will be built into the curriculum to connect classroom learning opportunities to real world application and scenarios.
